Operaigent Systems Inc., based in British Columbia, Canada, is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers our website and business inquiries, not data processed by future plant-system services.

We collect contact details and information you provide to answer inquiries and manage prospective and current customer relationships. Emails arrive in a shared Gmail inbox; customer and prospect records are stored in Copper CRM. Cloudflare hosts and protects our website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure it.

Sharing and protection

Google, Copper and Cloudflare process information to provide these services. Information may be processed outside Canada and subject to local laws. We limit staff access to those who need it and use reasonable safeguards. We otherwise disclose personal information with your consent or as permitted or required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations, then securely delete or anonymize it. Subject to legal exceptions, you may request access or correction, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond or provide services.
